Author: Miles Renner

Miles Renner grew up outside Cincinnati and spent six years teaching statistics at a public high school, where he first watched intelligent people refuse to believe true things about probability. He paid part of his way through college at low-stakes poker tables, badly at first, and carried two lessons from them into currency markets: the edge is small and slow, and the fastest way to lose it is to play more hands while you are behind. It took a blown account in 2015 to learn that the same rule applies at three in the morning on a EUR/USD chart. He trades his own capital, holds no licenses, manages nobody else's money, and runs no signal service. He lives in Asheville, North Carolina, where he loses at chess to people half his age.
